About Us

Adept Home Inspection serves the city of Phoenix and all of Maricopa County. Established in 1996 by George Acuna, owner and primary inspector, we remain family owned. George brought 20 years of experience in the construction industry—primarily of single family homes, condominiums, and townhomes—with him when he became a certified home inspector in 1996. He has mentored several certified home inspectors who are now independently established in the trade. We also have an extensive list of individuals who have come to us for their parallel inspections (required by the State of Arizona) as they prepare for their future in the trade.

Adept Home Inspection is a registered firm with the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration, and each of our inspectors is designated as a Registered Professional Home Inspector. We are proud to adhere to the standards of professional practice for Arizona home inspectors. Our professional liability insurance includes coverage for referring agents.
